Welcome to CVT Direct, we are a family-run business based in the centre of Stockport, Greater Manchester, a historic and progressive market town with some great people. Home to popular band Blossoms, and the historic Strawberry Studios, as well as local football team Stockport County FC.
If you are a residential customer, we can help with flooring for the whole home including your hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. If you have an office, we can help with suitable flooring, and we can help with bedroom flooring too.
If you are a commercial customer, you could be an architect or specifier, property developer, facilities company, office or retail fit out company. Marie had managed CVT Direct since its launch in October 2023, and she is the main contact for all of your enquiries. She previously worked for a non-profit trade association for 13 years called Carpet Recycling UK and has many years of experience working with well-known flooring manufacturers, helping them with their sustainability-reusing and recycling waste, doing the right thing, and saving costs.
She was also involved in promoting sustainable products, such as carpet tiles made with recycled content. Did you know that a lot of recycled vinyl comes from waste fishing nets? The idea of designing products that can eventually be reused or recycled is very important, and here at CVT Direct, we try to provide this kind of information to help customers make their selections.
Marie loves to provide great customer service, helping customers find the products they need and assisting them with product information, stock, and lead times. If you can’t find your chosen products, we will try our best to source them for you.
Finding products for a certain budget can also be helpful, and she enjoys helping to sell clearance ranges for the business, as well as working with the warehouse to donate some surplus flooring for community use.
