Special thanks to Marie who not only arranged sample deliveries but kept in touch throughout the whole transaction advising on the suitability of available entrance mat carpet tiles right through to arranging final delivery of the whole order and even ringing me to confirm the estimated time of arrival on the earlier than anticipated day of delivery. The whole process was seamless and very professionally executed. I was delighted with the whole transaction.

Just wanted to drop a quick message to let you know that the order arrived safely this morning. Many many thanks for your help with this! Also, the driver was amazing. He arrived quite early, so I wasn't at the address yet. He called me a few times and was very polite and patient . I was able to get to the house within a minute of getting his call and we brought the rolls into the house together. I am really thankful that he called and not just drove away after no one answered the door. Best customer service I have had in a long time from both you and the driver. Really appreciate it.
