First orders must be paid on pro-forma terms and following orders can be placed subject to a credit application being successful and confirmed.

Credit is only authorised by approval from our Finance Department. Carpet Vinyl Tiles Direct Ltd also known as CVT Direct will grant credit once this form is fully completed, reviewed and approved. Confirmation will be provided. Payment terms are strictly Nett, and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Dormant accounts or accounts with trading of less than £100.00 per annum may be discontinued. If accounts are discontinued, a new credit application must be completed before credit terms are agreed again.
We reserve the right to amend our terms and to withdraw or refuse credit facilities at any time.
